      1999年7月获中科院计算所计算机系统结构专业工学博士学位,分别于1990年、1987年获吉林大学计算机系统结构专业工学硕士、工学学士学位,现任北京大学软件与微电子学院教授,工程博士/硕士导师。主持和参与多项国家级、省部级和企业合作研究项目,出版或参与编写著作/教材6部,发表学术论文60余篇,申请专利13项(其中8项已授权),登记软件著作权6项。
